If you were named a keyholder and the vault’s owner has died or can no longer respond, this is where you come. We’re sorry you’re here — we’ll keep it simple.
How it works: your request notifies the owner, then a waiting period passes (usually 14 days, set by the owner). After it, come back here, choose “I already made a request,” and we’ll email you a secure link. The waiting period is a promise made to the owner — it can’t be shortened.
