They redeem it
They create their own free account and enter the code. No card needed on their side — the code unlocks everything.

The vault is theirs alone
They choose their own password and their own keyholders. You can't see inside it — that's what makes it safe for them to be honest in there. If they want you as a keyholder, they can add you in a minute.
4.
Refunds, plainly
Changed your mind before they use it? Full refund within 30 days of purchase. Once the code is redeemed the vault is theirs, and the purchase is final — so hand it over when you're sure.
